I really think this is more of a ? for Suze Oreman, she has a site- www.suzeoreman.com. I watch her show regulary and her books are awesome. She has a write in source and phone center- you might can get better advice or answers from her/her books.

if you dont pay the minimum it will show on your credit report and will be worse than your debt! pay the minimum if you can if not figure out whats important and pay the minimum on those and work on the rest later they cant send it to collections if you are making payments though

there is a place im not sure the name you may want to search futher for it that will help or you can talk to your credit card reps and get thousands of $knocked off interest if they you are doing your best to pay it off and its not suppose to go against your credit.maybe some else will know what im talking about,I forgot who these people were

Not making the minimum payments will DESTROY your credit score. Suze Orman would give this advice. Make the minimum payments on all your accounts. Take whatever you have left and apply it to the account with the highest interest rate. Pay that one off first. It is hurting you the most. Then apply what you were paying to that one to the next one (along with the minimum you were already paying) It will take a while... but you will dig yourself out. Sacrifice the little things it will make a BIG difference (lunches out, movies, restaraunts, cable TV, big minute cell phone plan with the extras)

Tighten your belt as tight as you can stand it for a short time... and you will breath a lot easier.
