can a bank lender still sue a customer for the full car loan amount even after the car was repoed? I had made arrangements w/the lender to pay back payments this August 7. They repo'd on the 26, july. I know I may be responsible for payments if the car does'nt sell for the amount I still owed.

Auto repossesions.?Yes, they can sue you for the full amount. That doesn't mean they are entitled to it. Normally, they will sell the car and settle for the difference. However, they usually don't get market value for a repo, so you will owe quite a bit even after they sell it.
