Just be honest with her. That is the best way to come out of this relationship. You do not want bad karma following you around. If she keys your car, call the cops. You can't stop her from making her own decisions. You are breaking up with her, you shouldn't care about what her family thinks. You need to do what is best for you. If her cousin comes over, call the cops. You need to contact your housing manager and find out the best way to break your lease. Then call the bank and find out about the car loan. If your name is on these items, you'll need to take care of them - otherwise it'll kill your credit if she decides to NOT pay.

However, if you want to move on because it isn't working then have a discussion with your fiance and explain what it is you want. Then the two of you together plan a way out that both of you can live with. After all, this is about your life and her life, not her parent's life or her cousin's life. If you kick her out then of course you will be hurting her more then you have to. If you can afford it then you should leave. A smashed window or a keyed car is a small price to pay for your freedom. If you aren't happy now it is better that you end it before you marry.
