I have read and answered your other question if i was you i would sit her down and explain why you want to finish it and say that you can't live with someone like that, she may say that she is going to change and if you love her and believe her then give it a go. You could also just stop doing things for her until she actually realizes how much you done for her.

However if you just want to end it then you are going to have to deal with the consequence, if she is the kind of girl to key your car can i ask why you got with her in the first place as this is quite low!

My ex was the same he done nothing in the house apart from make a bloody mess and i had to clean it up after him or it would still be there weeks later and ending it with him an moving in on my own was the best thing i have ever done!

You need to decide what you want to do and stick to it. Also you have quite a lot of commitment with her as in mortgage on apartment and car loan so you will have to sit down and talk to her about this like adults!
