We are looking for a mobile home loan for a used single wide that we can move to a trailer park. We have already found the mobile home, we are just looking for a lender. We are needing one that will give us a second chance since we do have bad credit.

Where can I find a mobile home loan?

there is no organized secondary market for MH loans, afaik, so all lending is done by local banks and savings outfits.

btw, you need to find a space in a MH park to rent BEFORE you get the loan or buy the MH. And you may need evidence that you have the location leased.
