I have bad credit and am trying to get a small consolidation loan, this company asks you to become a member and pay a membership fee of $25 to give you a list of lenders, just curious if this company is legit?

I tried this a while back. I spent 25 dollars and got nothing. One loan company was going to approve me for 25K, but I had to pay off like 10k worth of bills. It was a waste.
