I found this website that you can get a loan from but it's not like a bank loan and doesn't have the interest rate of one either. Has anyone ever heard of it? Is it legit? Supposedly other people can invest their money into it and gain interest (i'm assuming) and in the process they will be helping to lower your monthly payments. I'm trying to get a loan for $25,000, which would be about $530/month at the most, but if I got some investors it would be lowered. I saw some people who were paying as low as $ .04/month! Please tell me everything you know about this site!! Thanks!!
