You CAN overcome this. Pray for peace of mind and strength when it comes to facing these financial woes. Even if you're not religious. Just make it a habit to pray for these things to be resolved in time. It will take time, but it's important to know that you'll overcome this in the end. Don't fall apart right now, your child/children deserve a parent that keeps a level head during the toughest of times. This is a tough time, but with small steps, you'll overcome it.
Again, call the lenders, creditors, and courthouse and ask to speak to someone who may be able to help. If they don't listen to you over the phone, write them a letter. Then call again. Then write again. Then call again...see my point? Just don't give up. This too shall pass and you'll look back on the difficult time and say "that was tough, but I can overcome just about anything now...". Finally, do what's right..don't act out upon impulse or do something you'll regret. Just stay strong and pray.

Find ways to minimize your expenses. Seriously look at what you spend every day, and cut out anything that is not absolutely required. Examples:
Cable TV. You can live without the $59/month expense.
Lunch. Bring it to work, save around $5-$10 a day (that's around $200 a month)
