i have a student loan, a bank loan, 2 cc, a truck payment & my every month bills!

First you need to start with a budget, that is the best thing I could advise you to do. Figure out what your fixed bills are, then look at how much you spend on groceries, going out to dinner, the bar, etc... Compare that with what you make each month. If there is an excess you are in luck and should start attacking your debt with the highest rate, probably your credit cards and move down from there. If you do not have extra money once you do the budget you should figure out what you can cut out of your expenses that give you more money to attack your debt. The most important thing for you to do is not borrow any more money, don't use your credit cards. The basic way to get out of debt is spend less than you make.

Have you thought about getting a forbearance on your student loans? That would give you some time to get your other debts paid down and then you could start repaying your student loans on a graduate repayment plan. :) Talk to your lender! They can help you! :) Good luck! :)
