Is this auto fraud?I agree with forever3princesses that something doesn't seem right here. It would not be a fraud for you to pay for the car because both of your names are on the loan. They really could care less who pays for it, as long as one of you two are. The car should be under both of your names when it is paid off. Maybe you can make up with your mom by then and have her name taken off the title.
