I agree with forever3princesses that something doesn't seem right here. It would not be a fraud for you to pay for the car because both of your names are on the loan. They really could care less who pays for it, as long as one of you two are. The car should be under both of your names when it is paid off. Maybe you can make up with your mom by then and have her name taken off the title.

The bank did not "mess up" placing her as primary; that's what they do with the person who has better credit. But I am confused why the bank is calling you and saying you obtained a loan fraudlently. Maybe try consulting an attorney.
