Good day! I am applying for work permit to the New

Zealand. In past , I been deported from the Australia due to bank

loan problems when I was in MS. Australian immigration department

found my loan document as fraudulent and deported me from the country in 2004.

While filling the forms(work permit) for NZ , I found a column where I

need to fill about my deportation from the Australia. Does this

impact on my Visa? Please suggest me here.

Be honest and include it on your visa application. To strenghen your case try to take steps to pay off the debt if you haven't already done so. It will look a lot worse if the Kiwis find out by themselves when they look you up on the systems (you could be called up for fraud again for lying on a visa application and those offences are punishable by fines, jailtime or both) and there's probably a good chance they'll find it because Australia and New Zealand are good allies.

I'm guessing since you had a visa to Australia that it's still in the current passport only it says "cancelled" or you've gotten a new passport since then. If it's the first option don't even think of lying (because they'll see it when they look over your application to see if they should approve it), if it's the second, better not try it you don't want to be deported from New Zealand as well as Australia.

dont tell them about it. if its not stamped on your passport, you might get away with it.
