So I BARELY have a credit history, I have NO cosigners, I talked to my finanical aid office at school and they wont help me they just told me to appy for loans. I ALREADY did the FAFSA and got all I got was a Stafford loan for $3500 for the whole school year. I have already done scholarships and gave gotten no money at all. I cant afford to school in my own state! Im already almost done with my A.S degree and I cant do anythng with that. Im trying to transfer to a four year school so I can get my bachelors degree, how do I find money to finish school? I already have a job but its not paying me enough for anything. Is there anyway I can get a loan from a lender? Or should I just jump off a bridge and be done with it all?? Im so tired of stressing over this. I have been stressed about this for a while now. ALL I need is $5000 and I dont know where to get it! HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

When you fill out the fafsa you should file as a dependent and use your parents income and then you could possibly get more money.

If you are a dependent on the FAFSA, the next thing they can do is offer you a parent loan. If your parents refuse it, they should act as co-signers for you. If you are not speaking to them or something serious like that - you can appeal to be classified as independent.
