stay away from anyone with the @yahoo.com e-mail. and if they don't have a website or are registred with the bbb stay away from them.

100% chance that this is a SCAMMER!

"Kings Bridge" ....do you honestly believe someone is named Kings Bridge. The scammers are so busy on the message boards that they are running out of names to use so they actually picked the name of a BRIDGE!!

Plus.....the Yahoo! email address is a dead give away. If they were a legit lender, they would own their own domain.

Stay away!
