Credit cards sent out to people with bad credit with a five hundred dollar limit that snowball to 5000$ debt thru late fees($45) cash withdrawal fee ($35 even for $20 draw) Interest rates that are exorbinate (were illegal just a few years ago) on and on. They have never actually loaned you more than $500 but thru bs trumped up fees they are now demanding you pay them ten fold a couple years later. Should this be legal?

agreed 100%. Not only that, but think about how much you need college to make a living wage in this day and then how they add BS crap classes like "freshman orientation" that you don't need just to get another 500 buckaroonies out of you, but that's not all!! Then, if you get a loan, they don't cover all of your expenses with gov't loans which are secured, deferred, and fixed - you get a private loan only to find out you are stuck in a vicious cycle of paying the "big man" 3 x as much as you took out over the course of the loan. SUCKS! and no it should not be legal, but since it is one must comply or declare bankruptcy.
