Almost 1 year ago my house with distoryed by a flood.... I own on 2 mortgages because we did a no $ down loan.... I have been able to pay both loans until January/ Febuary... The town did a reassesment on our house and it is now FAIR MARKET VALUE is now only $25,000 from $120,000 1 yr ago... WE paided $94,000.. I need help and dont know where to go next... A person offered us $10,000 on the house but I said it was too low... We cashed out our 401k and had to pay30% of it on pentlties and taxes.... and there is no more money......And credit is now shot due to not being able to pay ......
I need help and dont know what to do now , where to go for help, I know we need to sell the house but no one is buying on my street due to reflooding posibilties......

Please please I need help with my mortgage!!!!?I am confused as to what has happened here. Is your house still damaged due to the flooding or is the value down simply because of the possibility of another flood? If you can live in the house and can afford to pay the mortgages, my suggestion would be to continue to do so. In the long term, your property value will return and then you can sell the house without a loss. If you cannot live in the house, you need to see if there are any programs that were provided for assistance in your area. Often there are low interest loans for flood victims to repair and refinance their homes.
