I can not find the variable cost of the organization that I am having to balance (for school) and I can not find the fixed cost for it either, there is not food, or meals..it only has employees, and the amount of money that is paid out for loans, and amounts recieved from donations..it's a non profit orgnaization that only has the balance and cash flow for the operation of activities within the organization...if you could help i would appreciate it..the blanace sheet is in exel that i am looking at, so i can not paste it here for you all to look at..there is a 3 year balance showing for each year it is broken down and no numbers stay the same through out the year and it does not say how many employees there are or how many iteams they buy..it is just money...CONFUSING>>>>

I think you are in a pickle. As you may already know this info is usually on the Income Statement (P&E). To break it down with the BS will be tough, long and tedious.
