I need advice URGENTLY?

Since a setback , recently I'm on benefits .[.sigh ]

I have also been given notice ,as the house where I'm in , will be sold soon

I have found the perfect new location ,

even cheaper then the current one

there is only one draw back :

the deposit is of 6 months in advance ! currently due to my illness nothing serious but keeps me in need of rest

, is out of the question to request as a bank loan

does anyone here knows if the rent benefits association.... contemplate such an unique circumstance ?and how to approach it ?

I really need to know soon ..Please help !!!

in some circumstances your local council can help with rent in advance and a loan for deposits,i had help in my current house i pay back 50 pound a month to the council,also try your local social security you may get a budgeting loan or a community care grant to help you as you are moving through no fault of your own,its worth asking both social security and council as they can and normally do help.best of luck.x

Some Housing Association have schemes whereby they will fund a bond and a month's rent for you. Worth a try. Good luck and hope you keep on Answers when you move.
