Will I got to Prison if I owe Credit Cards, Personal Loans? No you will not go to prison for owing money to creditors. It will however, be a prison of sorts if you do not pay them in a timely fashion and your credit scores stink. Lousy credit gets you nothing but headache & more debt as in higher interest rates if you do happen to get a loan or credit card companies raising your interest rate.
