Two years ago I went to hospital because of an accident. I had a health insurance, but the health insurance did not want to pay for it. Therefore, I still owe the hospital about $900. The correction agency called me. I tried to explain that is not my debts it is a health insurance debt..
The collection agency claimed I need to take to the health insurance and the hospital. I am now no longer in the same health insurance-I am sure I have to pay for this myself.
I tried to find my name on Yahoo. (Background Check) I did not see my name on it---I see all my friends' records. (Both foreigners and Americans)
I am a foreigner. I have social security number and I am going to cellege full-time, but I do not have a driver license.
Since I do not have any records in the U.S. ---Can the have a bad credit? Who bad is my credit? I do not have a credit card. The $900 is my only debt. What should I do? Please advice.

The amount that the hospital says you still owe sounds like it may be a "deductable" on your policy鈥攖he portion that the patient is responsible for paying. Check that out.
Since you do have a social security number, you will have a credit report listing eventually posted by this hospital mess, unless you address the problem now, before they turn it over to a collection agency. The reason you do not have anything showing now is that you have no credit cards or other debts.
