hi, i just turned 18 yesterday on the 26, n a couple of mins ago i decided to check my credit because i know i have a couple things on my credit report because i have a dell computer in my name that i am payin off each month... i was viewin my credit report n the first thing i noticed was my name then they said im also known as a name shiesha mit*** which is my middle name!!! then i was lookin at my report n it says that i am 2,000 in somethin in creditor back pay or wat ever.... thats not me... so how is that on my credit report... i would like to know wat can i do to clear actions thats not mines on my credit report??? WHO do i talk to??? where can i go?? well im in the Bay area, ca n i need to know what to do?? oohh yea i got my credit report from freecreditreports.com!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HELP ME PLZ I WONT TO BUY A CELL FONE IN MY NAME N A CAR?????!!!!!!!
Credit report!!!?It sounds like you have a mixed file with someone else. Since you used freecreditreports.com (Experian) you can dispute the errors through Experian. Did you order a 3 in 1 report or just a single Experian report ?
If you ordered a 3 in 1, you will only be able to dispute the Experian report and not the other 2. If you want to dispute the other 2, you have order a report directly from the other 2 bureaus. Why ? Because they require you to have a report number and each of the bureaus provides their own report numbers.
