Can I assume that along with not funding universal health care you want to:
Not Call the Police or Fire Departments in the case of an emergency
Will not send your children to Public Schools
Not accept College Loans because those are Government sponsored.
And the list goes on......
If you don't like socialized government programs?Social Security and Medicare and Medicaid to name a few more. I wonder if they decline to accept any of these social programs? Bet not, since most red states are the recipient of a large percentage of those.
If you don't like socialized government programs?Basically yes... except for police protection... which is one thing that government is supposed to do.... And one can see by the results of public education that that particular program is a failure... and you want to trust your health care to them?
If you don't like socialized government programs?Property taxes pay for police and fire service (at least in my state). You don't get a choice on these -- and at least these can prove they provide some "benefit" to the taxpayer.
The same cannot be said for funding universal health care, SS, Medicare, and other transfer payments.
