Cash Central Payday Loans: Quick, Friendly, Secure

I'm looking to move out soon ... I'm 23 and have a FT job with health benefits. I commuted to college, so I have never lived away from home before. I'm looking to stay in the same town.

I'm looking at apartments that include heat and hot water in the rent fee. I already pay a monthly car insurance fee, plus money for gas and tolls. My only debt is a small student loan - my credit cards are clear. I know I would need to pay for groceries and laundry each month as well. I have about two months' salary socked away in the bank in case of emergencies. What do cell phone, Internet and cable TV bills usually go for? My folks pay that for now, so I don't know the average. I don't want premium cable, just an average basic package.

I would need to buy some furniture too, but I can get that as I go along, and look in thrift shops or IKEA for inexpensive stuff to hold me over for the first few months until I get settled.

Any other expenses I may be overlooking? Any other tips? Thank

Well your bills are going to be as a result of how many calls you make, what package you're on, when you most often ring people, how many units of electricity you use, what company supplies you, and how careful you are with using it, like if you use low energy bulbs etc you'll save on costs, and avoiding having things plugged in when they're not needed. You'd have to visit or call the different companies to find out which does the best package for you.

Keep your furniture simple, many rented places come fully furnished so while it might not be to your style it saves you an awful lot.

Could you consider renting a house with 4/5 other people to cut costs? If you have a car you don't particularily need to be living in a place with high transport facilities where renting prices will be dearer.
