They brought the one they wanted to the customer service desk and did an exchange. The customer service clerk opened the new DVD that the customer was taking with them - she said she had to do that because the one he had brought back was opened.
Although, I am not sure if they will let you return it and get your money back.
Give them a call before you go, this way you will know for sure if the Walmart nearest you will do that. Sometimes stores have (or make up) their own set of rules. Get the name of the person you asked also, just in case you get to the store and are told something different than what you were told on the phone.
