The plan Im gonna get is the basic plan(450 min, unlimited call over weeked or night.) I'm thinking Im gonna use 450 min for talking to my friend and unlimited time for my sister who became an exchange student in other country. It's gonna be either I call her during unlimited-time-night or she calls me with a phone car which charges ME and HER (weirdly)at the high rate of $$.

Your minute usage will not be deducted from your 450 minute allowance as long as you use them during nights and/or weekends, but if you're making international calls (roaming or long distance) the appropriate per-minute rates still apply. Basicly, you just won't have to worry about going over your minutes and getting charged overge on top of roaming/long distance. Keep in mind as long as you both are within the U. S. and on the America's Choice II or Nationwide price plans you do not get charged any roaming or long distance
