Honestly, I don't know about the rate but I would suggest seriously considering only adults. Your children are well behaved and I am sure well intentioned too, but I think most teenagers would not be able to handle the little ones at the same time as the older ones.
I pay my sitter 30 dollars for 5 hrs but its just one child.
I'm also in school, have night classes twice a week so I feel your pain!

How much should I expect to pay?I would say 20.00 per child is more then enough to pay someone to watch them one night a week. I would not hire a teenager to do this. How much should I expect to pay?i would at least pay them $5.00 a hour cause it is only once a week i would at least get someone over the age of seventeen cause it is four kids. I would at least ask them if they had babysat before. But if you don't trust outside of who you know then i would hire one of your friends someone that knows the kids and that the kids like it would be in their best interest.
