I don't mean the game I mean the sims from ea.com. I push download then it downloads and then something pops up and says you must first double click custom content browser and then it disappears . I can't install Sims!?

did you log in?? i mean i have them Sims but did you log into the site?? and you have to have the game to download other things like people.....the you have to put it in the correct folder of the games files.....practically you have to have the game for it to work
