My plentyoffish profile was deleted. The system won't let me create a new one. Any ideas?

Several days ago (Saturday night, I believe) I was replying to some mail on plentyoffish.com. The system booted me off and
asked me to sign in again. It wouldn't let me. I have tried creating a new profile under the same name and two others. I have tried two different email addresses. The system emails me that I have registered and then won't let me in. I have read all their rules several times. I did not break any of them. I am thinking that perhaps my ex hacked in and changed something on my profile to something nasty. He did that before, with another site. If that's not it, I don't know what happened. At any rate, I can't get in. I have tried my computer and the library's.
I was talking to someone that I found interesting. We had not exchanged last names yet, or emails. I have emailed the site's owner and operator, but he has not responded. They are definitely not as user friendly as some sites. Any suggestions?

Please check these from POF website:
1. Email addresses, website addresses, or phone numbers were included in your profile.
2. Not enough information in your profile description.
3. Indecent content, nude images, or harassment of other users.
4. We immediately delete escorts, scammers, spammers, anyone trying to sell something on plentyoffish.com, and anyone trying to direct members to other websites. If your profile did not contain any of the above please accept our apologies as our system wrongly identified you, and you鈥檒l have to create a new profile.
