I would like to visit the Bahamas for 3 days, but ONLY during the off-season when there are not many tourists around ( and rates are cheaper.) Also can anyone PLEASE tell me when is the Off-season for tourism in Bahamas? Also, where to find CHEAP lodgings/accomodation in Nassau?
I have a limited budget so I am willing to trade off a bit of convenience in exchange for a cheap place to stay.

But you have to content with hurricane season (June 1st-Nov 30) The worst month for hurricane is September. October can also be a month to be concerned with. Hurricane Wilma (2005) was a October hurricane. August is very hot. My suggestion would be try to find good prices in May, June and July.
High season is Dec 15th to about April 15th.
