This may not be the most glamourous, but you can still work consider going and getting a certification in being a nursing assistant and I can recommend a good agency you can apply for a job through. 6 weeks and you can be working and making a little something. Any vocational center or junior college has a program for CNAs. It's not the most glamourous, but you can make good money and it's helpful as a backup skill so if you need to pick up a few extra dollars it's there. You can apply for FAFSA and they can pay for your tuition, but check with the school to find out if you can apply financial aid towards a vocational or trade program.
