Third, I see no goal for this site. It seems to me its just a click-through advertisement spot. Ask yourself these questions:
-What do I want this site to accomplish? What are its goals?
-What does this site accomplish and what does it not?
-Why would someone want to come here? What makes my site special
-and finally... How is my site different/better than others?
Answer those and make changes accordingly.
Fourth, the site's design is a mess, besides the navigation bar, you used 4 different fonts. Pick one font and one size, preferably Arial and stick with it. There is no color scheme pick 3 complimentary colors and stick with them throughout.
Fifth, user-friendliness again! That search bar is not only pretty ugly, it should be right aligned on the page!
Overall I'd give this site a 2. I'm sorry if thats harsh, and I don't mean to be! Especially if this is your first site! Everyone learns somewhere!
Finally, I'd recommend this program instead of Microsoft Frontpage, its called Kompozer, and it is 100% free. If you have the money though shell out for Adobe DreamWeaver for seriously making your site.
