Whyte Corporation & EquityExcel ???I have not heard of this particular company, but I am aware that in Australia, there is a first mortgage product that basically functions as a line of credit on your house. You deposit your paychecks, savings accounts and any other cash assets to the account, and it reduces the principal balance on the mortgage.
Then as you need the money for bills, you use checks from the line of credit to pay them, thereby increasing the principal balance.
