I got a pay day loan from the above company. a few days before payment was due I relaised they had the details for my old debit card, as it had expired, so I tried to contact them to give them my new card details so they could draw my repayment. My repayment was due on the 25th. I started trying to gget hold of them on the 23rd. When I call I get an answerphone, of which I have lefgt 3 messages clearly stating why I'm calling and giving them 2 nyumbers to reach them on. I have also emailed 3 times explaining the same thing. In 8 days I have had no response. On Tuesday I received an autmated email sayingmy repayment had declined (yes, becaudse they have my old card details) and could I contact them ASAP to arrrange payment or face additional fess and charges. I emailed them agains straight away and tried calling having to leave another voice message. No response! I've now been trying to reach someone for 8 days but nothing!!

You'll be hit with excessive interest, rollovers, etc...not because they are incompetent--it is very much the opposite (they know exactly wtf they are doing--ripping you off--you'll see).
