I applied for a cash advance with United Cash Loans and some company named SJM marketing deposited money in my account and I never filled out anything with them! and they take money out my account every week. I tried to call their number but it is bogus anlong with their website

Send the letter to the disputes department and your local branch manager via certified mail.
Call them immediately to at least start a case file, but then send the letter in writing, even if they say....sure all is OK, dont worry about it, ect. That means nothing.
Dont even mention United Cash Loans, does the paper work from that company mention SJM or provide any contact info. If not then that is not your problem.
