I am a single mom with 2 kids and no child support. I am going to another state for school and living on only a student loan. My internet company wont' let me out of my a3 year contract even though they do not have service in my new state. I have 2 years left in my contract and no one wants to have it transfered to their name. I can't keep that internet as they don't service my new state. I have told them that I have a baby and a seven year old. that I have long since given the free gift away taht they gave me at the begning of my contract. they want me to pay $480!!! From where? my baby's dipaer money? Or from our grocery money? Or from my daughters school clothes from the thrift store? How do I get out of this contract. I never signed a paper, I joined the contract over the phone. Can they do this? I didn't sign anything. Would they really send collect agents after me to anothe state????
