Ok My fiance is trying to take out a loan... threw a company that buys a piece of his lawsuit... his lawyer will not sign this paper and we are in a financial bind... his lawyer even stated that he will stop being my fiances attorney? Any suggestions?

Is the potential payback higher than the amount of your fiances portion of the settlement? If so, you will never find an attorney who will be willing to sign it.
Have you sat down with the lawyer and asked why he is refusing? I find it hard to believe he is doing so without good reason.

ok, I see your update. You will need to sit down with the attorney and find out why he is objecting since it is a non recourse loan and only 13%.
Is your financial bind due to him not being able to work because of his injuries? If so, consider applying for disability.

But, if his attorney is going that far, then he might not think that it is in your fiance's best interest to go that route. Maybe you should research the pro's and con's of borrowing money against a judgment that hasn't happened yet.
