A friend of mine has been having some problems with
a loan collector or mortgage company of some kind.
Here's the situation"
He had a loan with chase banks but it was transfered to a different company. This means that the checks he usually sent to chase, now goes to the "new company". The last bill was sent to chase and then transfered to "the new company".
The PROBLEMS IS....
"the new company" keeps saying the did not receive the check.
Faxes of the check, as well as statements from chase were sent
But, the company keeps saying it was not received.
What should/Can be done?
