If your loans are Federal Perkins loans, the above mention website will be a good resource for you. If your loans are Stafford loans, I do not know that any programs exist that will cancel 100% of your loans. The California Student Aid Commission has a program known as APLE which can pay back a portion of you loans. However, there are certain requirements.
