Most lead companies that are CHEAP are scams. Old Title pulls that they sell off for about 3-5 dollars a lead. You dont want these because when you call they curse your name in many languages.

My advise talk to your Title rep get a farm list in an area you want to work and start working that area. Concentrate your money and time in that area. Start with introduction letter and place a stamp on the envelope not METERED. Also handwrite the outside yes even the worst handwriting is good because it looks important or people think its from a friend. Handwrite your return address and handwrite everything except for the letter itself. You can handwrite the letter but do you want o handwrite 100+ letters.

When a lead comes in from the $1.00 you spent and close than ask that Title company to get you another 100 homes in a concentrated area and start the process over again.
