I'm trying to make our business as attractive as possible for sales reps (loan officers/mortgage brokers). What are some great ways to attract new people to our forming business?
Beyond money, leads, bonuses, benefits, training... what do sales reps want? How do I best differentiate?Personal recognition, respect and allowing people to get the job done in their own style (acceptable) will work wonders. After a certain minimum it even works better than money.
