Hello I am graduating in may with a degree in finance. I am trying to figure out which class to take. My class selection is limited, and I am having trouble deciding which of the below classes to enroll in.

Financial Computer Modeling or Real Estate Investment

I really dont have a career path yet, I know though that I want to either become involved in a financial analyst/risk management, insurance underwriting, real estate, loan officer.

If anyone has any experience in financial careers could someone please help me thanks.

Both classes are great! But I would look at real estate investment as the later.. The financial computer modeling seems to be more lucrative.... in that today's financial students needs to know where funds or certain assets need to be recorded especially when using a computer...

Now of course, Donald Trump would probably say, look @ real estate investment first.. But since you undecided..go for the financial modeling class first..and then the real estate.. What you learn in the first class I am sure will help you in the later!
