I worked at one company for one day then I quit because I hated the job and it was not for me. Will that show up anywhere

when I apply for other jobs now. Do I need to put that on resume and application? They made me sign a contact stating for 1 year I can't work I believe as a Loan officer. Now for 1 day will they hold me against it. Will I able to get that paper back from HR if I ask for it?

From a legal standpoint, you have to work a job for 90 days in order to be held to a company policy. I am assuming that you haven't worked all that much because you seem tense about it. If there is one thing that I can tell you from experience is that Companies and Employers really don't think twice about you once you leave. further, a contract that states you CAN'T work as a certain career is bullshit. I would NOT even worry about this. Just to ask the question...Why would you quit a job after one day? You can't even get a groove going after one shift. Take care, God Bless.
