Since you are just starting out with a BS, and you have limited work experience, you should look for firms where you can advance. Don't expect a paid position that compares to your internship. Expect to learn, especially if you are looking at accounting type positions. Those take experience to advance. Place yourself with people who can teach you something.

Lastly, you may want to consider relocation. If you do that, then pick a place you think fits your personality and offers you opportunities.

Don't expect instant gratification. It can take months and months to land a better job. Either way, stay with your current employer unless there are serious issues. Be diligent. Read the paper, research companies in your area, and read their websites for job listings.
