Belong and was a officer of stupid non profit making corporation. Twenty years ago I put my house up as collaterial for loan. It was used up quickly I got a few payments but when Busk's recession hit the corpoation quit the payments. Im about 1997 I was told that This loan needed to be retired. The cpa and my brothers solution was that I would be paid in cash as it was a loan payment instead of union wages. I told my brother that this did not release the corporation of the debt to me.I finished paying debt in 05 at 9% interest any remedies. The loan was with the bank and not corporation
