I'm a freshman in college with no credit. I just got married this summer and we're having some money problems. I don't need a huge loan, but I do need something credible. I would really prefer something with extremely low interest rates, as well as other benefits. If anyone could help me out and let me know where I could get a helpful loan or what to do to get a loan, I would appreciate it a lot. Thanks.

first you have to complete the FAFSA at www.fafsa.ed.gov.

this will tell you how much of your own money you will have to spend each year (don't panic, you can borrow this money)

after that, you see if you have anything left to pay after you subtract any grants that you are eligble for

if you still owe money, you will need a loan

Depending on what kind of school you go to, the people in the financial department at your school can help you out. Did you try to ask about grants(thats money you dont have to pay back) some schools even have small scholarships that you just have to write essays for. You can look on the Internet and its a lot of things you can do to apply for Scholarships and grants.
