Interest rates will not be going up between now and June ... I would think fixed rates will come down. A 50 point Fed cut is almost a certainty come Jan 30th.
But I read in another thread that a guy was able to get 5.25 fixed, and peeps seemed to think he should do that ASAP.

I had laser surgery done a while back and now have very serious problems with the fact I am about to give up about sheesh can't even type the figure..
