I will be applying for a student loan for grad school and would like to take out an additional 5,000-10,000 in order to move to an area with better job opportunities. I will be attending an accredited school online (they also have a campus) so moving wouldn't be a problem. Would it be lawful to use the loan this way considering that it would be part of my "living expenses"?

I've always believed the loan would just be to help you in whatever way you need. You are going to pay it back. Thats what I've been led to believe by others so it might not be true.
