On non-gov't loans, there is NO SUCH THING as making too much money to qualify for one.
I would find another lender before I stuck with one that was dishonest. I highly encourage you to shop.
I also agree with Stephen that you are entitled to ALL of your fees back...appraisal, application, etc. If you disclosed your true income at loan application, then a loan officer should have known RIGHT THERE that you didn't qualify for a gov't loan that had an income restriction. He doesn't have to run it by an underwriter to make that decision...that is his JOB!
Mortgage loan problems...?Your fees should be refunded. Small claims court at least and you might want to put in a complaint to the state banking commision. They may have a habit of that mistake. If they do then it is called fraud....

Flex 100% does not. Your lender either doesn't know this or does not have access to the Flex 100% product.
