Any suggestions for a HORRIBLE field placement?

I'm a 4th year social work student and we cannot chose our own field placements.
The company where I am doing my field placement, finds jobs for people with disabilities, assessing what jobs they are suitable for, teaching them skills to prepare for the workforce, etc.
My field instructor is the owner of the company. I see her get angry and scold clients, tell them what to do, try to prevent a client from changing to another service provider, curse, slam the phone, etc.
All they let me do is photocopy, fax, make sure the papers in the clients' files are in order and not missing any documents, and read information regarding job placement and employment counselling.
They also want to loan me out for a day, to do manual labour for a company.
None of the workers there have any education regarding social work or any of the social sciences.
Obviously, this is not going to help my resume or help me get into graduate school.
Any recommendations or ideas on what to do?
Any suggestions for a HORRIBLE field placement?Depending on how your program operates you probably have several options.
1) Most social work programs have a field seminar that goes along with your field placement. You will want to notify the instructor of the situation.
2) Most social work programs have a faculty liaison (someone who goes out to the field site and represents the school) This person should also be notified.
3) All accredited social work programs have to have a director of field education - This is the person who ultimately has authority for this issue. Inform them of the situation - s/he can make changes in your placement.
4) Finally, the BSW director of your program can also be a useful person to bring in.
Ultimately, you are not being given a good field experience and one that appears to reflect social work. Your school will not want to support this placement and I'm sure they will help you by finding an alternate placement for you.
