Ok, So 30 years ago my mother went to a college in ILL. She has paid her loans off in FULL. Have the paperwork to prove it. The college sent her a letter saying , you have succesfully paid off your loans, congrats. The problem here is they continue calling her at 6:30 in the morning everyday and they are very angry. she has faxed them letters of what they sent and her paper work, they say they will take care of it. Then they call again saying we don't have record of you paying anything, yelling at my mother. I even got on the phone and cussed them out once around christmas and now my mom is saying they are doing it again. This is really pissing me off. What kind of legal action can she take because my mom also WORKS. and they are messing up her sleep as well. I really am tired of this and I want them out my moms life she paid her dues and now they need to leave her the hell alone. Any help would be great.
College that won't leave my mom alone!?Call your phone company and have them block the number. Report it to the police for harassment. Make sure that it is the college calling your mother and not someone else who might have gotten the number and is prank calling her as a joke.
