i have a creditor calling my house, friends and job, I dont mind them calling my house, but i dont want them to call my friends or job, i dont want to tell the creditor to stop calling them cause im affraid i wont, do i have to fax or send them something in writing or can a verbal warning be enough? how would i even get their address? any suggestions?
p.s. he wants me to pay for school loans...I'm still in school.

The friends need to put their numbers on the "Don't Call List" with your state, and specifically list the creditor's phone number as making harassing phone calls on a debt that isn't theirs. As you to you, if you are still in school, go to your school counselor and tell them what's going on. They can probably help with this.
